SPEED DATING SESSIONS

Time: 10:15 - 11:45 am
Location: Fortifications Foyer - 9th Floor & Grande Place - 8th Floor
What to present:
- Based on Member feedback from the 2024 AGM - the Members really enjoyed the fun and engaging sessions. They were interested in hearing new information
- This is your opportunity to showcase new innovation, reformulations and/or brand story
- You can also encourage Members to visit your booth at the Trade Show later
- It's a chance for you to have open dialogue with small groups

How the session works:
- Tables will be numbered 1 – 6 on the 9th Floor & 7 – 12 on the 8th Floor
- Each table will have up to 9 guests (with an extra seat for the presenter)
- Members (participants) will remain at the same table for the duration of the Speed Dating Sessions
- Vendors (presenters) will move from table to table every 12 minutes – beginning at their assigned table
- At the 12 minute mark, a sound will notify Vendors to move to their next table
- Each participating Vendor will have the opportunity to visit all 6 tables
