NEW THIS YEAR: HFN will NOT be creating a Registration bag containing a sample product from each Vendor. This year we will hand out an empty HFN bag at the Trade Show to all Members. They will be instructed to visit each booth to collect their Vendor Samples – therefore, ensuring that each Member will make a point of visiting all the booths.
Therefore, it will be up to each of you to ship your trade show booth materials, handouts and samples for 140 Members to the hotel. Please keep in mind that a large number of our Members will be flying and will have weight restrictions on their luggage. Samples that are lightweight and small would work best – and please, no glass bottles.
SHIPPING TO HOTEL: The information below MUST appear on your labels. Note - shipments are to be received by the hotel no sooner than MONDAY, MAY 26, 2025.
The Westin Montreal Hotel will be charging HFN $100/skid received at their shipping dock. We will be tracking all shipments and will need to do a “charge back invoice” to each Vendor that ships their materials on skids. Please keep this in mind when deciding how many boxes of materials you will require at the show. Also, we have been informed that the hotel shipping dock cannot accept trucks over 26' in length.
All packages must be identified by "TRADE SHOW SUPPLIES."
